i have no ideas to supply for your hair. However - clothing. Things that i haven't seen done yet. Take flannel shirts and cut them up as patches for pants and recut & sewn as new shirts. Use designs from the flannel like stars and hearts & simple things as patches. Seems strange.
Another thing that I started doing was taking movie, band, and other t shirts. Cutting them up into patches & collaging them together. Or placing them on dress shirts, polo shirts, and even large wide leg tripp pants.

Sometimes I wear tights or fishnets on top of my jeans, or cut up my camis and weave them and wear them over other shirts.
